Community moblog
At mobilblogg.net we -from day one- let all the latest pictures be posted in chronological order on the first page. This, in combination with the comments soon spawned a community we had not meant to create. (we expected the personal blog-view to be the main attraction, but to the majority of our users it turned out to be the first page).
However, this community soon proved to be very useful. Members recruited new members, came with ideas and requests on new features and told us their combination of phone/operator and by generally playing around with different themes, content and pinging some Swedish bloglists, created a buzz around our name.
One of them even was dubbed "Blogger of the day" in Swedens biggest evening papers.
Thanks to the community we grew to be the biggest moblog in Sweden.
